    Mr. Dinklage is the founder and managing partner of Sequoia Financial Group’s Vermont office. As a native Vermonter, Charles has over 30 years of financial experience, from economic and public policy analysis in the U.S. Senate, to teaching a Personal Finance class at the University of Vermont to his 25+ years providing comprehensive financial planning for clients as they retire and move around the country. Having earned the supplemental title Retirement Planning Specialist from Equitable Advisors based on receipt of a certificate in retirement planning from the Wharton School, Charles has focused his business in the areas of financial planning, wealth management and retirement income planning. He is also a graduate of Advisors Institute, an advanced asset allocation concept and practice management course led by Harvard University professors.

    Charles lives in Burlington, VT with his wife and three children and is an avid volleyball player, competing nationally. He was instrumental in establishing Vermont’s high school varsity volleyball program. Charles is a member of Vermont Businesses for Social Responsibility and the Vermont Chartered Financial Analysts Society. He is also past President of the Board of Directors of the Lake Champlain Chamber Music Festival and Treasurer of Child Care Resource.
