To play a role in the financial lives of families, executives, and businesses is something I value and protect as if those financial decisions were my own. Whether funding a college education, implementing a long-term care strategy for aging parents, or planning for retirement in order to live one’s best retirement, it is my personal mission to work hard with integrity each day so that each client’s unique goals and dreams can be realized with open communication and thoughtful planning.
Prior to joining Sequoia Financial Group, I worked for 8 years at Fidelity Investments in Boston, serving as Regional Vice President/Relationship Manager in my last role at the company. Upon leaving Fidelity to relocate to the NY area, I was fortunate to create a small business with my sister – a music- and humor-based Spanish program for children, operating in Boston, Upstate NY, and the Northern VA area. Discovering a love for educating young people, I taught Spanish for 3 years in private schools using our company’s curriculum.
Combining corporate, small business and educational experiences, I returned to financial services in 2015 as a Financial Advisor – helping clients through each life stage, a process that forges lifelong client relationships based on trust, professionalism and integrity.
I graduated from the University of Vermont where I played soccer and studied Spanish and Economics. I hold FINRA Series 7, 65, 63 registrations, and am insurance-licensed in multiple states. I recently earned the ChFC® designation, the CDFA (Certified Divorce Financial Analyst), and am currently preparing for the CFP® certification exam. I have enjoyed playing sports all of my life, and find many parallels and reward in challenging myself physically with continuously learning and growing in order to provide the best and most current strategies for my clients.
I currently serve as a Board Member for Captain Community Human Services, whose programs seek to uphold the dignity of each person by serving the basic needs of those struggling in the community that
surrounds us. It is an incredible organization whose outreach is far reaching and unwavering. I am grateful to be a small part of it.
Also outside of work, you will find me volunteering for many of my 3 boys’ athletic endeavors & activities, running with our excitable dog (Diesel), and enjoying family and friends in the community.
