Prior to joining Sequoia Financial Group, Colleen worked for 8 years at Fidelity Investments in Boston, serving as Regional Vice President/Relationship Manager in her last role at the company. Upon leaving Fidelity to relocate to the NY area, Colleen co-founded a small business, a music- and humor-based Spanish program for children, operating in Boston, NY and the Northern VA area. Discovering a love for educating young people, Colleen also taught Spanish for 3 years in private schools using the company’s curriculum.
Combining her corporate, small business and educational experience, Colleen returned to financial services as a financial consultant for small businesses, executives, medical professionals, entrepreneurs, and families – helping them through each life stage, a process that forges lifelong client relationships based on trust, professionalism and integrity.
Through comprehensive financial planning, Colleen assists clients in reaching their short- and long-term goals: Retirement planning, business planning, wealth management, insurance & college planning, and wealth protection through estate planning strategies.
Colleen graduated from the University of Vermont where she studied Spanish and Economics. Colleen holds FINRA Series 7, 65, 63 registrations, her life insurance license, and has one course remaining to achieve the ChFC® designation.
Outside of work, Colleen enjoys assistant coaching for her youngest on the soccer field, and spending time with her family, friends and three sons, who are all active in sports in the Ballston Spa community.
